Golden croissant French toast with warm apple compote, candied walnuts, silky butterscotch, crisp green apple and a scoop of ice cream - our Le Apple Cinnamon French Toast is sweet, buttery and made for slow mornings shared over coffee and conversation.
Benedicts of Your Dreams
Our signature Choubidou Benedicts are served on toasted buttery croissants with perfectly poached eggs and silky house hollandaise - featuring your choice of smoked salmon, double smoked bacon, buttermilk fried chicken or a garden-inspired vegetarian delight. A little French twist on your brunch favourite.
Le Passion Fruit & Lemon Waffle
A light, bright twist on a classic - our golden waffle is layered with silky lemon curd, passion fruit coulis, raspberry compote and brown sugar oat crumble, finished with cloud-like meringue and a scoop of ice cream. Zesty, sweet, and made to feel like sunshine on a plate.
Steak & Frites
A juicy 250g scotch fillet steak served with our signature secret 5 herbes sauce, paired with crispy truffle fries. A simple, indulgent classic done the Choubidou way.
Le Potato Hash
Golden bacon lardon and gruyère-stuffed croquettes served with wilted spinach, poached eggs, creamy house hollandaise, fresh avocado, and parmesan snow.

We have gluten free bread available and the following dishes can be made gluten free:
